- Hide white keywords in your CV: it shows, and it hurts your credibility
- Promise you an assignment: I work on your chances, and I only get paid if it works
Worth knowing: an ATS does not always reject a CV on its own. It is often used to rank and filter according to the recruiter's criteria. So the goal is to be readable and relevant, not to trick a machine.
